According to an official announcement, TeamLease Services’ TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship (TLDA) programme has partnered with Croma and Infiniti Retail Limited to provide applicants with behavioural skill sets and domain competences that meet the needs of the sector. According to the agreement, the business will provide degree apprenticeships that are in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. As part of the partnership, TeamLease intends to provide students with a degree-linked apprentice programme that will allow them to participate in work-integrated training to continuously develop new abilities. The statement claims that candidates can earn additional credits and a stipend through the programme. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 standards were used when curating the programme. TLDA considers this apprentice as a catalyst to fulfil India’s goal of increased productivity and improved per capita income.
