Bhadrachalam, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Dr G Vineeth, have put forward an initiative to help out the unemployed youth of the tribal sub-plan manda. Anyone with SSC, Intermediate or Degree qualifications will be eligible to undergo a vocational training under the Charla police with stipend.

The training will be provided at the Vocational Training Institute of the Nava Bharat Ventures (NBV) Limited at Palvancha, which has the track record of providing employability to many women and youths. They have also, since completion, become self-reliant and financially independent. This is also to help the youth stay away from the extremist influence seen in the area. Read more.
