India Auto Inc. is being ready to tackle the growing challenge of up-skilling a portion of its existing manpower with all the latest technologies which need adaptability to the futuristic systems and tools, exclusive skilling institutions, and industry & government initiatives. Especially in the automotive industry, re-skilling and up-skilling of workers are of utmost importance not only to secure their jobs with automation in the industry but also increase productivity.

ASDC has made a lot of industry tie-ups with top automotive companies and created ‘Expert Groups’ within ASDC. TCS is also creating a digital learning hub for interested learners.
The government also realizes that proper skilling requires apprenticeships over short-term courses. The stipend for 1 to 1.5 years’ training are encouraging to trainees and fruitful to the industry.
