The National School of Baking Technology is conducting a four-week skill development program at the CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) Mysuru. The program is a part of the Skill India Initiative that started on January 20 and will end on February 14.

The course aims to address the fast-growing baking industry and its needs as per the requirements set by the National Skill Development Corporation guidelines. In this event, participants are getting trained on how to choose ingredients along with product development. They are also getting the first-hand experience on FSSAI guidelines, health and hygiene, packaging aspects, and nutritional profiling.
