It has been seen that it increases productivity among employees and is one of the most cost-effective solutions to increase productivity. Plus, working remotely cuts down the travel time to work – one of the major concerns of most Indian employees.

Commenting on the fact, Neeti Sharma, Senior Vice President, TeamLease Services said in a recent interview that, “If this itself is brought down by a day, the levels of motivation will increase. Employees will be willing to put in an additional 4 hours rather than travel the additional day.” Remote working and flexibility are surely going to be the new mantra for companies that want to have happy and engaged employees.
