The Bennett University conducted a three-part webinar series on the impact and scope of the National Education Policy (NEP) recently. Some of the key pointers that were discussed during the series were the importance of mentoring the educational leaders, the necessity of teacher training programs, and the inculcation of liberal arts that will help to develop a quality conscious and socially conscious mindsets. It was highlighted that what matters most is the quality of education. While in the past years, the Indian education system has diversified itself manifold, however, the quality of education has dropped significantly.

The NEP 2020 is meant to address the quality of education including quality of teachers, quality of students, quality of infrastructure, and finally quality governance.
