National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC), under the Skill India Mission of Government of India, has implemented the “Recognition of Prior Learning” program (RPL) throughout India. The RPL program has been implemented at various worksites all across the country.

The Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDC) in co-ordination with the NBCC engineers has conducted an assessment for workers in thirty-nine job profiles. A written examination along with a practical demonstration has been the basis of such an assessment. Over two thousand workers have been assessed and certified under the said program by CSDC.
