Maruti and TISS collaborate to offer course in automotive retail
Maruti Suzuki India or the MSI have collaborated with the School of Vocational Education at Tata Institute of Social Sciences or the TISS-SVE for an automotive retail training program for the youth. This course will offer students a three-year degree course customised in retail management with automotive retail as the specialisation. The training program aims to equip youth with soft skills relevant in the industry that will make them employable as soon as they graduate in the value chain of automobile retail. Read more.

Haryana Agricultural University organizes online vocational training for mushroom production
An online vocational training was organised by Saina Nehwal Institute of Agricultural Technology, Training and Educational of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University or the HAU in Hisar for mushroom production. About 41 trainees participated in this training from Uttarakhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan. According to the co-director of the institute, Dr Ashok Kumar Godara said that both the online and offline training would be organised in October, as requested by trainees. Read more
