IOCL are recruiting 570 Apprentices for technical and non-technical vacancies

The Indian Oil Corporation Limited or the IOCL has begun accepting online applications for Apprentice vacancies, the last date to apply for which is February 15th. There are 570 vacancies in Technical as well as Non-Technical across the states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Chhattisgarh, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. There are vacant positions for Trade Apprentice Accountant and Trade Apprentice Retail Sales Associate. The candidates who wish to apply will have to appear for an online written examination, which would consist mainly of 100 multiple choice questions that could last for 90 minutes. Read more.

Industry experts suggest allocations for edtech in Budget 2022

IIT Hyderabad launches TiHAN skill development kits

In order to ensure the commercial availability of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) kits for benefitting utilization by target industry, institute, as well as student enthusiasts, the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems or the NMICPS, the Technology Innovation Hub on Autonomous Navigation or the TiHAN, and IIT Hyderabad have entered into an agreement. The brochure and logo for TiHAN has also been launched for skill development activities of the hub. The aim of this hub, having achieved synergy between industry and academics, is to realize the utilization of autonomous navigation as well as data acquisition systems in International and Indian context.
