NHRD Pune chapter’s 6th learning and development summit was held at Fergusson College amphitheatre on Wednesday. The theme was “Re-imagining learning and Development”. Abhay Jere, CIO of HRD said, “The government is making efforts to make education student-centric”.

To make the students employment-ready as per the requirement of the industries, AICTE has made changes in its education policy. A draft of the improved National Education Policy is presented to the parliamentary committee for clearance. The summit covered fast tagging organisations and future-proofing self. It also aims learning and development and the ecosystem, developing full-stack employees and focus on humans in the artificial intelligence era.
