To assist MSMEs with technical upgradation, government is starting 15 new Technology Centres. Govt. also is upgrading existing 18 such centres. All these Technology Centres offer training to provide skilled manpower to different industries.

The government is also planning to provide loans to these centres to equip themselves with new machinery and technology. The centres will be equipped with the latest manufacturing technologies like CNC machines, 3D manufacturing, laser or ultrasonic machining, robotics and process automation etc. Govt. has planned to start more 120 such centers to establish total 153 Toom Rooms to train the youth in different skills.
