In a recently held district-round of multi-tier Indian Skills Kerala 2020 competition, a large number of youths turned up to showcase their different vocational and non-vocational skills. The competition was held in different categories of skills including floor tiling, carpentry, cooking, and landscaping.

All the categories involved in the competition needed a lot of dedication, hard work, and constant training. Now in its third year, the event was organized by the Industrial Training Department and Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence that falls under the State Labor and Skills Department.
