The Godrej Disha program has been designed to skill the underserved youth as part of the Good & Green initiative. As on January 2020, the program has already trained 1,41,408 youth across India. This program has a holistic approach towards skilling the youth and providing them training in different fields including sales, service, rural entrepreneurship, construction, technical, and manufacturing training.

The program serves as a bridge to help the company to collaborate with different NGOs and social enterprises to design different vocational and training programs that’s relevant to the business.
Currently, the program is spread across 23 states, with 29 partners, at 88 centers.
