In this article, Bode Adeloye shares his experiences of being an apprentice at British Land. He talks about how this apprenticeship program fits perfectly for the career he wants in the future. Everyone has one thing or the other to teach him at work, something which he would have never learnt in school.

British Land also pays him his salary and university fees, which is a big plus point of being an apprentice while studying. He currently works with the support team, but his manager asks him what other areas he’s interested in, and tailors the program to suit his needs too. In this way, the industry gets what they want and the apprentice gets the skills required to start his career.
