With 64% of the population in the working age, India is the world’s youngest country. By 2023 more than 70 million will be added in this group. EIFE has taken an initiative to skill this huge human resource. A team of nine members from top-notch skilling organisations of France, Germany and Russia visited India recently. During Odisha visit, they have done many discussions with state govt.

EFIE also organized a workshop focusing on manufacturing, textile, construction, healthcare & hospitality during this period. Next, the team headed to new Delhi for meetings with top officials of skill development of the Maharashtra government.
