Industries minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy announced that Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) is all set to open up a Centre of Excellence for skill development in the state. He mentioned that he met with the CMD of BHEL who has agreed to open up this CoE.

The CoE will work towards imparting skill development in the youths who complete school curriculum along with a completion certificate that will help them to secure job. The minister also met with Niti Aayog CEO and requested to join hands with the state government to open up 30 skill development centres in the state.
