Not only did APSSDC switch to a virtual mode of training, it enabled 1.5 lakh aspirants to get skilled despite the lockdown, as mentioned by Arja Srikant, CEO & Managing director of the corporation.

The corporation has collaborated with the health department, Facebook, Biocon Academy, IBM India and other industry giants to deliver skill based training to upto 10,000 employable candidates for nursing, farming, networking and so on.
The corporation has brought in sponsors to contribute towards the skills university it plans to establish in 2021 in order to “build a strong skill ecosystem” in the Andra state, says the corporation’s CEO. Read more.
