American companies are slowly but surely embracing the Earn-as-you-Learn programs and are encouraging apprenticeships as a way to not just lower the skill shortages amid an ageing workforce. On the other side, it’s a great opportunity for young skilled people to earn to just good wages during apprenticeship but also lay the foundation for a rewarding career.
