Airbus is planning to expand its business in Hyderabad collaborating with Infosys and the Tata group. The Tata Group is involved in manufacturing components whereas Infosys is taking care of the tech and the design aspect.

Anand Stanley, Airbus India and South Asia President and MD said Airbus has been looking at multiple opportunities in Hyderabad. The company has been looking to work with start-ups in Hyderabad. In Bengaluru, the company mentored over 2,000 start-ups and developed around 20 start-ups. Stanley said the areas like urban air mobility, air taxis and heli-taxis in Hyderabad can be improved.
