“We will continue to serve the poor and undeserved population of West Bengal and maintained our steady growth with the social outcome. Microfinance has become a powerful tool for poverty alleviation and when it is accompanied by other non-financial services like capacity building training and vocational training, this will help to unlock the potential of the women and youth to generate income. We are planning to reach 50,000 families in 3 years by opening new branches in rural areas. The vocational training to Women and youth will be a core focus in the coming future. We target to provide skill development training to 40,000 students in the next 3 years across the states”.
