Amazon Cares, the CSR initiative of Amazon India, is especially focused on empowering women by creating growth and job opportunities through vocational skills training, micro-entrepreneurship awareness training, digital literacy, and English language training. These are carried out through various routes such as Amazon Cares Community Centres, Self Help Groups, and partnering with the National Digital Literacy Mission and Community Libraries.
